Job summary

Exxat, a US-headquartered SaaS company powering health sciences education, is seeking a Technical Project Manager-I in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and IT, lead Agile ceremonies, manage scope and risk, and coordinate 1–2 engineering and QA teams to ensure on-time outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of tech project management experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or product-based software company.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Basic understanding of technical architecture and system design.
• Strong stakeholder communication and task prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• PMP or any other equivalent certification is an advantage.

The Technical Project Manager-I (TPM-I) is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time while managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
