Job summary

A focus on DO-17050? LV124 ISO 16750 validation will be valued.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years of hardware design experience.
• Experience with LV/HV battery management systems.
• Experience with Hardware Functional Safety.
• Proficiency with DOORS for requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HW designers to design and develop hardware modules for battery management systems (LV and HV).
• Define project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation across hardware development projects.
• Experience in Functional Safety topics for Hardware.
• Conduct requirement analysis and handling in DOORS.
• Designing electronic circuits, creating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layouts.
• Perform FMEA and FMEDA for developed modules; run Monte Carlo simulations and worst-case calculations.
• HW verification and support validation (LV124 / ISO 16750).
• DRBFM or High Voltage testing experience is a plus.

• Lead a team of HW designers to design and develop hardware modules for battery management systems (LV and HV)
• Experience in defining project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation across hardware development projects
• Experience in Functional Safety topics for Hardware
• Conducting requirement analysis and handling in DOORS
• PCN / PTN know-how and process handled
• Designing electronic circuits, creating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layouts
• Selecting components using DAR and creating requirements and test specifications
• Documenting development processes and results (e.g., Module design document preparation, Test plan preparation, performing testing, Test report preparation)
• Performing FMEA and FMEDA for the developed modules’ Requirement analysis / study
• Performing Monte carlo simulations, worst case calculations, and tests to ensure functionality and quality
• Performing HW Verification and supporting validation (LV124/ ISO 16750)
• DRBFM or High Voltage testing experience is added advantage
