We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management

In this role, you will:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects on Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
• Understand high the requirements and drive in setting up the team and
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
• Actively provide support to management in driving and implementing agenda of people and change management across channels to help build the future of the bank for sustainable success.
• Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives to enable mindset shift, improve work efficiency/quality, create harmonious work environment, and enhance staff wellbeing
• Plan and create effective Reporting (Progress updates, RAID logs, etc)
• Planning with ability to work independently within a team environment and manage competing priorities
• Plays the role of Scrum Master, set-up Jira & run required ceremonies
• Manage & report the overall funding status for projects

To be successful, you will:

• Must have - Overall experience of 12+ years and considerable experience in managing complex end to end projects
• Must have – Experience in working on Banking Domain.
• High expertise in Project Management with Jira/Confluence platforms
• Hands on is a must – Must come from a technical/Development Background.
• Should have experience in managing a team of min 10 people effectively with Excellent written & verbal communications
• Planning Tasks for resource in sprints
• Play the role of a scrum master
• As per Agile development methodology should be flexible to support developed code in production environment
• Undertaking reporting for senior management and stakeholders
