Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee AI projects. The role requires 7–9 years of experience in IT project management and strong skills in software development (frontend and/or backend). You will lead project teams, manage cloud integrations, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with AI/ML APIs and Agile methodologies. Technical Project Manager – AI Projects (WFH)

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in managing diverse projects across IT, Fintech, Finance, and Retail sectors.
Hands‑on experience in software development, ideally in frontend (JavaScript, React.js, Angular) or backend (Node.js, Python, SQL).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
Hands‑on with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

Utilize frontend/backend development experience to understand project requirements and technical challenges.
Lead project teams in delivering AI‑driven IT solutions across multiple domains.
Coordinate development and operations using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
Manage cloud service integrations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Integrate and oversee AI/ML APIs, LangChain workflows, and vector databases.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
Maintain client and vendor relations, ensuring project requirements are met.
Track and analyze project KPIs, making data‑driven improvements.
Address technical and AI‑related issues with the team, ensuring operational stability.
Stay updated with the changing AI landscape and recommend relevant adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of experience overall, with at least 2–3 years in software development (frontend or backend).
Proven track record in IT project management across diverse domains.
Hands‑on exposure to AI/ML APIs, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and vector databases.
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
