Qualifications

• 10–13 years of overall software industry experience.
• 3–5 years in a dedicated Technical Project Manager or Engineering Lead role.
• Strong background in Python development (Django, Flask, FastAPI) or Python-based data/backend services.
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate designs, code architecture, and engineering choices in Python ecosystems for scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead high-level technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural alignment with senior staff.
• Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks with developers when required.
• Direct line management of 10–20 software engineers, QA analysts, and tech leads.
• Mentor and upskill team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution across streams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies and facilitate ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
