Job summary

Radtalent Hr Services in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in electronics manufacturing to lead product development from concept to launch, coordinating across design, engineering, manufacturing, QA and sales. You will drive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years of ODM experience, strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and proactive risk

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with ODM or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of product life cycle management including NPI processes.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, production planning, QA and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver new products from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within budget completion.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development process.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
