Job summary

Atomberg Technologies is seeking an Executive - Project Management to drive end-to-end execution of new product development projects. You will coordinate across Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service teams to ensure on‑time delivery and alignment on timelines, quality, and cost.

The role requires strong planning, coordination, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced product development environment with usage of PLM and project tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial or Production Engineering.
• 1–4 years in Project/Program Management or NPD coordination.
• Understanding of NPD processes and stage‑gate execution.
• Experience with cross‑functional engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PLM and project tracking methodologies.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Summary

As an Executive - Project Management, you will support the end-to-end execution of new product development (NPD) programs by coordinating across cross-functional teams and ensuring timely progress against project milestones. You will work closely with Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service teams to drive structured project execution, monitor deliverables, and maintain alignment on timelines, quality, and cost objectives. This role requires strong coordination, planning, and problem‑solving skills in a fast-paced product development environment.

What will you do?

• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure seamless execution of new product development projects.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stage‑gate milestones using PLM and project management tools.
• Support Technical Heads and Engineering Leads in planning, scheduling, and monitoring NPD activities to ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide visibility into project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and action items.
• Facilitate project review meetings, document key discussions and decisions, and ensure timely closure of follow‑up actions.
• Identify project risks, execution gaps, and cross‑functional dependencies, escalating issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate engineering change management activities and track revisions across stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
• Analyze project execution data and timelines to identify improvement opportunities and enhance planning accuracy.
• Ensure disciplined documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining alignment with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Drive transparent communication and stakeholder alignment through regular status updates, reporting, and action tracking across multiple concurrent projects.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, NPD Coordination, Product Development, or Engineering Operations.
• Understanding of New Product Development (NPD) processes and stage‑gate project execution.
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, project management tools, and project tracking methodologies.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
