Role Overview

We are looking for a highly technical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of a next‑generation AI‑driven Android Test Automation Platform. The platform will leverage AI agents, LLMs, computer vision, and autonomous testing techniques to improve test creation, execution, maintenance, and defect identification for Android applications. The TPM will work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, AI/ML, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to deliver a scalable automation solution. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both strong program management capabilities and sufficient technical depth to engage in architecture discussions and guide engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Understand Android application architecture and mobile testing ecosystems.

• Drive technical decision‑making and tradeoff analysis.

AI/ML Program Management

• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to:

• Establish KPIs for:
• Test generation accuracy
• Defect detection effectiveness
• Test maintenance reduction

Delivery Governance

Required Qualifications:
