Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of customer-facing programs, product implementations and technical integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI/Data and Customer Success to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Define program milestones, dependencies, deliverables, timelines and success metrics aligned with customer commitments and business objectives.
• Monitor program progress, identify delivery risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate release planning, deployment coordination, change management and post-release follow-ups.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards and customer expectations.
• Develop a strong understanding of Infilect’s products, platform capabilities, workflows, system architecture and customer use cases.
• Work closely with engineering teams and customers to understand integration requirements, APIs, data flows and system connectivity.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Understand technical concepts such as REST APIs, request/response payloads, authentication, databases, application logs, HTTP status codes and common integration failures.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Product & Customer Delivery who combines strong program management capabilities with technical aptitude, product understanding and exceptional customer stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of product, engineering and customer success. This person should be capable of translating customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables, coordinating integrations, understanding technical issues, facilitating basic troubleshooting and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program and Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of customer-facing programs, product implementations and technical integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI/Data and Customer Success to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Define program milestones, dependencies, deliverables, timelines and success metrics aligned with customer commitments and business objectives.
• Monitor program progress, identify delivery risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate release planning, deployment coordination, change management and post-release follow-ups.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards and customer expectations.

2. Technical Understanding and Integrations

• Develop a strong understanding of Infilect’s products, platform capabilities, workflows, system architecture and customer use cases.
• Work closely with engineering teams and customers to understand integration requirements, technical dependencies, APIs, data flows and system connectivity.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Understand technical concepts such as REST APIs, request/response payloads, authentication, databases, application logs, HTTP status codes and common integration failures.
• Perform basic debugging and first-level investigation of customer issues using available internal tools, logs, dashboards and application interfaces.
