Job summary

Tredence Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Program Manager/TPM to lead data engineering and analytics delivery.

You will own roadmaps for batch/real-time pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, BI, and ML initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams and client engagements. You will partner with business and tech stakeholders, drive cloud-based implementations on GCP/Databricks, establish governance, and advance Agile delivery maturity.

Qualifications

• 14–18 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery.
• 6+ years in Program Management/TPM roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programs in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong background in data engineering (ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, distributed processing).
• Mandatory experience with GCP and/or Databricks.
• Experience with Spark, Airflow, Databricks, BigQuery, and related data platform tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled delivery models.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions, in Retail/CPG/BFSI/Healthcare domains.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders, including client leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with program budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI tracking.
• Prior experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting engagements is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor TPMs, project managers, and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
• Establish governance frameworks, including program reviews, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Agile transformation and delivery maturity, implementing best practices to enhance speed, predictability, and efficiency.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, particularly in complex, multi-team, and client-facing environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to ensure scalable and reusable data solutions.
• Own client communication and executive reporting, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and business impact.
• Drive adoption and ROI for delivered solutions, ensuring measurable value for clients.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.

You Have
