Job summary

Autonomize AI is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to drive the architecture, scalability, and reliability of our core platform. You will guide a high-performance engineering team, own the tech roadmap, and collaborate with data scientists and product managers to deliver robust AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development, 3+ years in leadership, and strong cloud and distributed systems experience with Python, MERN, and C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Python and MERN, plus C++.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of core platform ensuring high availability and scalability.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to manage and drive the development of our core platform. This is a critical role responsible for the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of the foundation upon which all our AI solutions are built. What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our core platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Own the technical roadmap for the platform, aligning it with business objectives and product strategy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of talented engineers.
• Drive code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential application to our platform.

• Manage technical debt effectively and prioritize refactoring efforts.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, MERN, C++). [Specify the most relevant languages for your platform]
