Job summary

Zippee is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Executive to join our Gurgaon HQ. The role blends client onboarding, system integrations, and cross-functional project execution with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to deliver business-critical initiatives end-to-end.

You should be curious about how systems talk to each other, understand basic technical concepts, and own projects from requirements through go-live.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in e-commerce, logistics tech, or SaaS domains.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and end-to-end implementation projects from requirements to go-live.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure timely, structured execution.
• Support UAT planning, issue tracking, testing cycles, and deployments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot integrations across order, warehouse, logistics, and partner platforms.
• Prepare clear project documents, process flows, and status updates.

Job Description:

• Zippee is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to join as a Technical Program Executive at our Gurgaon HQ.
• This role sits at the intersection of client onboarding, system integrations, and cross-functional project execution, working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of business-critical initiatives.
• We're looking for someone with a genuine curiosity for how systems talk to each other, a decent grasp of basic technical concepts, and the drive to own a project end-to-end.
• Manage client onboarding and implementation projects from requirement gathering through to go-live.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely, structured project execution.
• Support UAT planning, issue tracking, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot integration workflows across our order, warehouse, and logistics systems and partner platforms.
• Prepare clear project documentation, process flows, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements and issues both ways.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Technology, SaaS, or related domains, ideally with some exposure to order/warehouse/logistics management systems (OMS/WMS/LMS) or similar platforms.
• A working understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• An enthusiastic, proactive mindset, someone who enjoys learning new systems and isn't afraid to dig into a technical problem.
