Job summary

ZEISS Group in India seeks a Technical Product Owner to implement and optimize Veeva QMS capabilities across Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams. You will translate requirements into actionable backlog items and guide end-to-end deployment with global stakeholders.

The role demands extensive experience with SAP QM, LIMS, and QMS systems, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to navigate complex, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant professional experience in SAP QM, LIMS, QMS within healthcare or GxP environments.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Quality Management processes and systems, preferably including Veeva QMS, SAP QM, LIMS.
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Process Owner, Solution Lead, or Senior Business Expert in global QMS/ERP projects.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation activities including requirements engineering, backlog management, validation, deployment, and hypercare.
• Excellent English communication; German or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Product Owner for the implementation, rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Veeva QMS capabilities.
• Translate business requirements from Quality Management, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Regulatory into clear backlog items.
• Coordinate with QA, IT, and Global teams to align QMS with SAP QM, MES, and LIMS integration.
• Manage regulatory expectations, data integrity, and validation activities in GxP environments.
