Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, Hyderabad-based, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own technology roadmaps and drive end-to-end programs. You will align with Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver measurable business value, manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships, and guide cross-functional teams through Agile processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in technology product/program management or IT leadership, with strong analytical and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology product management, program management, or IT leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, SOWs, and supplier performance.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile certifications.
• Experience working in healthcare, payer, provider, or digital health organizations.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud technologies, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
