Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience in MIS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly performance dashboard and key operational metrics for the Technical Team.
• Consolidate Daily MIS, APF MIS, TAT MIS, Active Vendor MIS and Billing MIS for internal circulation.
• APF & Performance Monitoring: conduct monthly reviews and monitor APF activities and turnaround times.
• Self-Construction Monitoring for Tranche & Compliance.
• Subsequent Initiation & Updation: manage MIS related to technical activities timely initiation.
• Vendor Management: coordinate vendor meetings, training and performance reviews; facilitate training via MIS.
• Centralised Repository: quarterly validation of centralised technical repository for data accuracy and compliance.
• NHB Audit Facilitation: coordinate NHB audits, including data preparation and closure of audit observations.
• Audit & Quality Control: drive hygiene audits, sampling and quality checks to identify process gaps and ensure compliance.
• NPA Cases Valuation.
• Hindsight Analysis: conduct monthly analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Policy Review: support periodic review and updation of technical policies and processes in line with requirements.
• Developer Review: coordinate half-yearly developer reviews and track actions.
• Vendor Review: conduct annual vendor performance reviews and monitoring.
• System Development and Deployment.
• Miscellaneous activities like Offrole attendance/Appraisal facilitation.

Job Description

• Management Dashboard MIS & Reporting: Preparation and maintenance of the Technical Team's monthly performance dashboard and key operational metrics. Preparation and consolidation of Daily MIS, APF MIS, TAT MIS, Active Vendor MIS and Billing MIS for timely circulation to internal, business and vendor teams.
