Fynd, a frontier technology company, is seeking a Technical Officer to own end-to-end product and program execution for strategic initiatives. You will ensure technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business impact across channels.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate goals into executable requirements, manage risks, and drive AI-enabled solutions that scale and deliver value to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5–8 years in product, program or technical PM roles.
• Experience delivering end-to-end programs across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytics to define metrics and business impact.
• Experience working with engineering on technical deliverables and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic product and program initiatives.
• Define metrics, measure performance, and use data-driven insights.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with channel and user needs.
• Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, issue resolution, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
• Support product strategy by translating business goals into executable technical requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive change management and adoption planning to ensure built capabilities are effectively used by target users and teams.
• Collaborate on AI-related initiatives, ensuring technical understanding, feasibility assessment, and alignment to business value.
• Prepare clear updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment throughout delivery.

About The Role

The Technical Officer will own end-to-end product and program execution for key initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business impact. The role will define success metrics, manage dependencies and risks, and drive adoption of platform capabilities and AI-enabled solutions across channels to deliver scalable outcomes.

• Support product strategy by translating business goals into executable technical requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive change management and adoption planning to ensure built capabilities are effectively used by target users and teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in product, program, or technical project management roles
• Experience driving end-to-end program execution across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical ability to define and track success metrics and business impact
• Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams on technical deliverables and dependencies

Preferred

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• Experience with AI-enabled products or platform-based solutions
• Background in driving user or channel adoption for new capabilities
• Experience in technology or digital product organizations
• Familiarity with large-scale change management or transformation initiatives
