• Identify customer challenges and translate them into clear solution requirements.

• Provide technical support and coordinate resources to secure strategic business opportunities.
• Execute joint customer projects or PoCs with deep technical knowledge of solutions and hands-on technical implementation.
• Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and technology assessments.
• Author application notes, white papers, and technical briefs to support business and marketing efforts.
