Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in development, implementation, and architecture design.
• Strong solution design skills with experience in writing and reviewing functional/technical specifications.
• Good know-how of programming skills like Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Experience on JIRA and other relevant tools used for Test & Defect Management.
• Experience on Test Automation using Eggplant and other industry platforms is preferred.
• Methodical, thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and independent.
• Good knowledge of AI Tools and architecture.
• Experience in Offshore-Onsite model to deliver project capabilities and ability to work and cope with Global IT organization needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience or certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate requirements from functional specifications and develop efficient technical designs and architecture.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Design interfaces to improve user experience.
• Liaise with Functional IT teams to plan new features and upgrades.
• Research and suggest new applications and protocols for specific business cases.
• Strong technology skills and hands-on experience with Automation Tools and Products.
• Analyze and assess Business processes and Project requirements, create Test packs to improve efficiency.
• Automate Test Scenarios using suitable tools to support better efficiency on tests.
• Manage the work distribution and ensure development according to project needs.
• Dashboard Reporting to IT and Business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to streamline tasks.
• Test automation virtual machines and other architecture maintenance.
• Support Test Automation development across platforms including Eggplant.
• Drive AI initiatives across Test Automation and RPA UI Path.
• Execute projects in Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
• Training and knowledge sharing with the team on new tools and technologies.
• Drive the test automation roadmap towards futuristic technologies and productivity gains.
