Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a hands-on professional to lead end-to-end semiconductor facility construction and tool hookup activities. You will coordinate with tool owners, consultants, and design teams to integrate new tool requirements and manage the critical path for project alignment.

You will also support startup of electrical, HVAC, PCW, chiller, ETP and scrubbed exhaust systems, drive maintenance plans, and enforce PTW and LOTO standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end semiconductor facility construction, tool movement and precision hookup activities.
• Provide technical support during startup of electrical, HVAC, PCW, chiller, ETP and scrubbed exhaust systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex site issues to prevent bottlenecks and downtime.
• Liaise between Tool Owners, consultants and design team to integrate new tool requirements into facility designs.
• Analyze and approve Change Orders to align with budget and technical standards while managing the Critical Path.
• Utilize WBS to monitor progress, conduct quality reviews and provide data-driven updates to senior management.
• Resolve conflicts between designs and site conditions, issuing revised instructions to contractors.
• Direct a technical team to ensure 100% uptime of utilities and capital equipment in a high-tech lab environment.
• Enhance the Permit-to-Work system with strict LOTO and global safety standards for on-site activities.
• Support in preparing critical spares lists and AMC tracker for equipment and annual calendar planning.
• Present technical performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives in MMM meetings.

Assist in troubleshooting complex site issues as they arise, preventing project bottlenecks and reducing downtime.

Liaising between Tool Owners, consultants, and the design team to integrate new tool requirements into existing facility designs, ensuring seamless hook-up execution.
Analyzing and approving Change Orders to maintain project alignment with budget and technical standards while managing the Critical Path.
Utilizing WBS to monitor progress, conduct quality reviews, and provide data- driven updates to senior management.
Resolving technical conflicts between approved designs and actual site conditions, coordinating with engineering team to issue revised instructions to the contractor.
Directed a technical team to ensure 100% uptime of mission-critical utilities (HVAC, Electrical, UPS, Scrubbed exhaust systems) and capital equipment in a high-tech lab environment.
Enhanced the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, enforcing strict LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and global safety standards for all on-site technical activities.
Support team in preparing the critical spares list and ensured the critical spared are ordered and kept in stock for ready use
Support team in preparing the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) tracker for the critical equipment and 52 weeks calendar for all the equipment.
Presenting technical performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives in the MMR meetings.
