Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Manager with strong experience in iOS and Android mobile app development and proven expertise in project management. This individual will serve as the bridge between product, technology, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of mobile-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring innovation, leadership, and a hands‑on approach to managing cross‑functional project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Product Management

• Work with Program Teams to understand and document business requirements.
• Prepare Use Case Documents and User Stories for development teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end project lifecycle: planning, development, QA, and deployment.
• Prepare and execute Acceptance Test Plans.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across departments including Technology, Research, and Innovation.

Mobile App Development

• Oversee development of iOS and Android applications.
• Work with UI/UX teams to assess and enhance product usability.
• Validate mobile products during each sprint to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead product innovation by integrating advanced technologies and improving usability.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage third‑party vendors and development partners.
• Validate developed solutions and enhancements from a business perspective.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Budgeting

• Define and enforce quality standards across deliverables.
• Collaborate on project budgeting, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence.
• Monitor expenditure and support financial reporting.

Process Improvement

• Evaluate and refine project management processes.
• Introduce best practices for efficient project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• Experience managing multiple software projects across diverse locations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, mobile development, and database management.
• Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.
• Experience in SQL/MySQL, Database Architecture, and LMS systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Capable of engaging with and guiding technical teams effectively.

Computer & Tool Proficiency

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and online collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Project Management Platforms.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
