• Overlooking Operation and Maintenance of MEP system such as HVAC, STP, rainwater harvesting, firefighting, Electrical HT/LT, DG, UPS, CCTVs, and access control system etc.
• Looking after Operation and Maintenance of site for 24*7.
• Vendor co-ordination / AMC Renewals / Compliance documents / Audit Documents
• Preparation and submission of site team manpower billing/salary attendance to client’s accounts department along with cost sheet for invoicing process.
• Maintain and update the various logs, Power consumption record, PPM records, Invoices record, Building incident report, Monthly Budget, etc.
• Preparation of Daily Management report DMR, Monthly Management Report MMR and Daily Progress Report DPR for transition, presenting the same to Management.
• Hiring External professionals for repairs of the building, equipment or machinery Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly.
• Overlooking Safety, Health and Environment compliance in all activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
