Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Technical Lead for Testing Services to drive end-to-end testing across UI, APIs, and data flows. You will design detailed test scenarios, manage test data, and ensure comprehensive coverage through functional, regression, and integration tests.

You will mentor junior testers, participate in sprint rituals, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality in UAT and production validation.

Qualifications

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Validate end-to-end workflows including UI, APIs, and backend data flows.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure test coverage and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Support UAT and production validation.
• Mentor junior testers and review their test artifacts.
• Continuously improve QA processes, documentation standards, and testing methodologies.
