Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru, India seeks a Technical Lead-Testing Services to design, develop and run automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and Absence Management.

The role requires hands-on automation expertise, experience with OpKey, and collaboration with SMEs, developers and business users to ensure end-to-end test coverage and quality across CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and execute automated test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience with OpKey is mandatory and required for automation.
• Proficient in functional, integration and regression testing.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs, developers and business users.
