Job summary

Kumaran Systems in Chennai seeks an experienced Technical Lead / Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end technology projects. The role blends hands-on engineering with delivery leadership, and involves AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, client engagement, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor teams, define architecture, advocate DevOps practices, and maintain code quality while managing risk and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical lead or delivery management role.
• Strong hands-on background in one or more of: Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, or React/Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working experience with AI/ML and Generative AI: LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama), prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma), LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with ML tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
