Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the evolution of its Salesforce platform and deployment pipelines from Pune. You will design scalable, secure solutions and mentor teams across projects to deliver high-quality software.

The role demands deep Apex, LWC, data modeling and integration experience, with a track record of secure coding, code reviews and agile delivery. You will collaborate with Architects, Product Owners and QA to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, Classes and asynchronous processing.

To be successful as a Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer, you should have experience with:

• Strong Apex development experience including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce UI development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Proficiency with Git, branch management strategies, and source-driven development.
