Ericsson India in Bengaluru is seeking a development engineer to design, develop and unit test IPOS Routing features focused on BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EVPN, ARP/ND, and RIB. You will contribute to mobile backhaul router product software with an emphasis on reliable, carrier-grade networking capabilities.
The role requires 3+ years of experience in software product development, strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols, and hands-on experience across agile software lifecycle management.
The IP Operating System (IPOS) is today used in Ericsson’s Router 6000 portfolio. Going forward these IP blocks are also candidates to build up the next generation cloud-based routing platform. We are now looking for a very capable development engineer to design, develop and unit test features for IPOS Routing software development. The right incumbent will be a part of highly competent team and will be responsible for unicast protocol deliverables focused on BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EVPN, ARP/ND, RIB.
