Quest Global in Bengaluru is seeking a senior process control and automation leader to drive safe, reliable plant operations. You will provide technical leadership for process optimization, advanced control, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead control engineering activities, develop strategies, and mentor teams while ensuring HSE and cybersecurity compliance across projects. The role focuses on delivering reliable performance and continuous improvement in a complex oil and gas

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Control Engineering with 12–18 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, or Petrochemical sectors.
• 5+ years in a leadership role guiding process control and automation teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process control engineering activities and automation projects across the plant.
• Develop and implement control strategies, standards, and philosophies.
• Optimize processes through PID tuning, APC, MPC, and analytics.
• Support DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and ESD systems.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Lead commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and RCA activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Process, Instrumentation, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, cybersecurity, and industry standards.

Responsible for leading process control and automation initiatives to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Provides technical leadership for process optimization, advanced control, and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process control engineering activities and automation projects. Develop and implement control strategies, standards, and philosophies. Optimize processes through PID tuning, APC, MPC, and analytics. Support DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and ESD systems. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance. Lead commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and RCA activities. Collaborate with Operations, Process, Instrumentation, and Maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with HSE, cybersecurity, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience
