Thales Bangalore seeks a Technical Lead in Platform SW (Avionics) to architect and drive embedded software for avionics computers. The role emphasizes hands-on C development, device drivers, and RTOS-based systems, while guiding a team to certify components under DO-178C standards.
You will collaborate with safety, hardware and system engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of certification-ready software components and artifacts, including requirements, design, and verification reports.

We are looking for a Technical Lead to develop platform SW for our next generation Avionics systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and hands‑on development expertise in device driver development, Real‑Time Operating Systems (RTOS), and safety‑critical software processes. This role involves guiding a development team, ensuring adherence to DO-178C standards, and driving the successful delivery of certification‑ready software components.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
