Job summary

CCS Computers in New Delhi, India, seeks an experienced Network & Security Engineer to lead end-to-end enterprise projects. You will design and implement network and security solutions, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure delivery within scope and quality.

The role involves hands-on work with switches, routers, wireless, VPNs, and NAC, plus managing multiple firewall platforms. You will mentor engineers, develop HLD/LLD, and drive documentation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end network and security projects.
• Hands-on with enterprise switches/routers/wireless and VLANs.
• Strong knowledge of VPNs, HA, and routing protocols.
• Experience with multiple firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Sophos, Juniper).
• Familiarity with NAC and SIEM/SOC integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of network and security projects.

• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex network/security issues.
• Prepare HLD/LLD, implementation plans, SOPs, and project documentation.
• Perform configuration hardening and security best practices implementation.
• Monitor project risks and elevate issues proactively.
• Mentor and guide technical engineers and implementation teams.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and customer security policies.
