GetAI is seeking a Technical Consultant (L2/L3 equivalent) for onsite work in Hyderabad. The role requires 8-10 years of experience and involves designing and deploying network and security solutions, conducting workshops, and delivering client-ready documentation.

Key tasks include PoC support, client enablement, and L3 troubleshooting. You will collaborate with PMs, OEM partners, and internal teams to ensure compliant, secure, and high-performing implementations.

Technical Consultant (L2 or L3 equivalent)

(8Hrs. X 6 Days a week) Onsite

Experience:- 8 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical consulting and advisory services to enterprise clients for network and security projects.
• Conduct site surveys, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Architect, design, and document High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for complex network and security infrastructures.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, and related components.
• Deliver integration support across multiple OEMs, third-party tools, and enterprise security ecosystems.
• Ensure all solutions meet the organization’s compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, OEM partners, internal teams, and customer stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, runbooks, handover guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) testing, UAT, and client enablement/training sessions.
• Provide L3-level troubleshooting and escalation support for critical issues and incidents.
• Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly project reviews, sharing status updates, metrics, and insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise & Hands-On Experience:

• SDN Fabric (Juniper): Knowledge of Spine-Leaf architecture and SDN controllers.
• Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs): Strong expertise in Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.
• Network Security Integrations: IPS, Radware Load Balancers, SIEM/Syslog tools, AV/EDR/XDR, NAC, AD, ITAM/ITSM, Key Management, NTP, AAA, etc.
• NOC Tools: Familiarity with LMS, NPMD, and other performance monitoring platforms.
• Routing & Switching: Deep understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Passive Infrastructure: Backbone cabling layout, testing, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred/Desirable):

• Experience supporting BFSI, Government, or large enterprise networks.
• Strong grasp of network protocols and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• In-depth understanding of firewall policy management, segmentation, NAT, UTM, etc.
• OEM product experience with Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Radware, and others.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications (Preferred/Desirable):

• Networking: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
