Persistent is seeking an experienced Technical Lead-Mobile Development in Vadodara to guide the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Android apps. You will mentor teams, drive best practices, and ensure high performance and security across mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of overall software development experience with significant expertise in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Expertise in implementing MVVM, MVI, and modern mobile architecture patterns.
• Extensive experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Jetpack Components, and Material Design principles.
• Experience with asynchronous programming using Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger or Hilt.
• Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and test automation frameworks.
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
