Job summary

Capco in Vadodara is seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Mobile (Android + iOS) to drive design, development and delivery of scalable mobile apps. You will own architecture decisions, set coding standards, and mentor engineers across platforms to ensure high quality releases.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Android or iOS with knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, REST/GraphQL, and modern CI/CD practices. Hybrid work from client office with global banking/domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mobile development experience.
• Strong experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Android and/or iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile architecture and engineering best practices.
• Drive development of scalable, high-performance Android and iOS apps.
• Mentor and coach senior and junior mobile developers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
