Job summary

Aristocrat India is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure our web and mobile gaming experiences are flawless, high quality, and globally competitive. You will design and execute test plans and registrations, perform regression testing, and collaborate with product and development teams to drive quality across portfolios.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in testing web and client/server apps, strong SQL skills, and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in testing web applications and Client/Server applications.
• Familiarity with the build and development of test documentation, including test cases and bug reports — MUST
• Proficiency in SQL — MUST
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in any exact sciences or QA studies — an advantage
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies — an advantage
• Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to deep dive into complex problems
• Hard-working, responsible, diligent, self-initiator with excellent learning abilities and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Test mobile and web games and related features, including UI, UX, Functional, and Exploratory testing
• Build and complete test plans, including writing detailed test cases
• Perform regression testing on existing portfolios to ensure continuous quality
• Plan and estimate test activities based on release schedules
• Gather information from Product Owners, Project Managers, QA, and development teams for testing
• Manage defects by investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and handle bugs related to production incidents
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement solutions

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5+ years of proven experience in testing web applications and Client/Server applications
• Familiarity with the build and development of test documentation, including test cases and bug reports — MUST

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in any exact Sciences from a reputable university or graduate of QA studies from a recognized QA academy — an advantage
