Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior Test Engineer role.
• ISTQB certification is a must.

• Experience with performance and stress testing methods.

What You’ll Do

• Build, develop, and complete comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform detailed platform testing to ensure software meets rigorous standards
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects
• Apply appropriate testing tools and techniques, optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. Jira/Zephyr/Testrail/Xray/Confluence knowledge is a must.
• Apply AI know-how to improve testing processes and outcomes
• Implement and drive automation strategies for streamlined testing procedures
• Excellent hands‑on skills with testing activities – functional testing, regression testing, integration testing etc.
• Perform performance and stress testing to identify system limits
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Provide detailed documentation of test results and processes
• Mentor and support team members in testing methodologies
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
• Successfully implement testing strategies to compete in a fast‑paced industry
• Communicate regularly with collaborators, ensuring alignment with Agile methodology.
• Innovate and implement improvements in testing processes, tools, and test cases to improve overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Test Engineer with 5+ years in a senior role
• Proven verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global collaborators.
• ISTQB certification is a must.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, Windows, Unity, and technical tools.
• Prior experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
• Solid experience in hardware/platform testing and AI technologies
• Outstanding problem‑solving, analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Solid understanding of software development/testing lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation tools and strategies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and quality standards
• Experience with performance and stress testing methods
