Job summary

Rakuten Symphony in Bengaluru seeks an experienced OSS/FCAPS integration specialist to lead multi-vendor integration across FM, PM and Logs within OSS ecosystems. You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams and operations to deliver tailored integration solutions, and document technical activities clearly.

Required hands-on experience with SNMP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus and Kibana/Grafana, with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus. Kubernetes certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of telecom domain and OSS/FCAPS concepts.
• Hands-on experience in OSS EMS/NMS integration.
• Proficiency with integration protocols and technologies such as SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST-APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC, etc.
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; vendor EMS/NMS platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCAPS-driven OSS integration across multi-vendor network equipment and applications.
• Design, implement, and manage FM, PM, and Logs integration solutions within OSS ecosystems.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal development and operations teams to deliver tailored integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with vendors, internal development teams, and operations teams to deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation related to integration activities.
• Ensure all integration solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate hands‑on experience with integration protocols and technologies such as SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, and gRPC.
• Utilize monitoring and visualization tools including Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL.
• Understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G/FWA technologies.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of the telecom domain and OSS/FCAPS concepts.
• Hands‑on experience in OSS EMS/NMS integration.
• Proficiency in integration protocols and technologies: SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST‑APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC, etc.
• Practical experience with Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloude.
• Experience working with vendor‑specific EMS/NMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Kubernetes certification is an added advantage.
