You will steer development of core applications on a modern .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, React.js, Next.js, and RESTful microservices to deliver high-performance solutions.

Lead architecture decisions, drive code quality, manage deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of core software engineering with leadership experience.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to take complete ownership of complex software requirements through their entire lifecycle—from analysis, architecture, and system design, all the way through to development, testing, and production implementation.

You will lead the development of our core applications built on a modern .NET stack, heavily leveraging C#, ASP.NET MVC, React.js, Next.js, and RESTful Microservices.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders on deep requirement analysis and system architecture.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance applications using .NET Core and the React.js ecosystem.
• Code Quality & Governance: Lead strict code reviews, enforce architecture standards, and ensure absolute code consistency, security, and maintainability across the team.
• DevOps & Deployment: actively participate in continuous code deployment pipelines and infrastructure scalability.
• Client Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for critical internal and external client issues.

What We Are Looking For

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
• 8 to 12 years of core software engineering experience with a proven track record of technical leadership.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.

Technical Stack & Expertise

• Backend: Deep, hands-on expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Frontend: Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Hands-on experience with Next.js, React workflows (Redux / Flux), and modern frontend tooling (Babel, Webpack, NPM). Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Architecture: Strong command of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), core design patterns, and building scalable RESTful APIs / Microservices.
• Database: Solid knowledge of SQL and advanced relational database concepts.
• Tools: Experience working with modern source control systems (TFS / Git).
