Job summary

Captiv Techno Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will also serve as Technical/Team Lead. You will lead the development team, design scalable web apps and APIs, and ensure timely delivery with strong code quality and security practices.

You will mentor developers, drive technical decisions, and collaborate with Architects, BAs and QA to deliver robust solutions. AWS exposure is a plus in this Chennai-based role.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will also act as the Technical/Team Lead for the development team. The role involves hands-on development, technical design, team coordination, code quality management, and ensuring timely delivery of application features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development team for day-to-day technical activities.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Participate in solution design and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers.
• Review code and ensure coding standards, security and development best practices are followed.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, database and integration development activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA and other project stakeholders.
• Support deployment, release and production stabilization activities.
• Track development progress and highlight technical risks or dependencies to the Project Manager/Solution Architect.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in C# / .NET / .NET Core
• Strong experience in React / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and database development
• Experience with authentication, authorization and application security concepts
