The EUC Lead is responsible for technical support in End User Computing services across the plant. This role ensures high‑quality, process driven end‑user experience by leading desktop support teams, managing endpoint devices, driving workplace technology initiatives, handling L1 & L2 escalations and maintaining service excellence in alignment with business requirements.
