Job summary

Psiog, a Chennai-headquartered software services specialist, is seeking an ETL professional with Boomi expertise to deliver production-grade data solutions for global clients. You will work on Boomi-based ETL implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support production operations.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, ownership, and ongoing skill development across Boomi and related ETL tools, with opportunities to grow into leadership paths within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have been part of at least 2 projects implementing ETL using Boomi.
• Minimum of 2 Boomi certifications.
• Excellent in SQL covering database design, complex data models, validations and querying.
• Experience with production-grade ETL runs handling millions of records with minimal downtime.
• Experience in production support, QA, maintenance activities and troubleshooting user issues.
• Understanding of business processes and industry domain.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on regular calls, liaising with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead a team of 3–5 people on ETL projects and drive delivery outcomes.
• Assist in production support, QA, maintenance activities and troubleshooting of user-identified problems.
• Work on work allocation, expectation setting, technical design reviews and stakeholder management.

Mandatory Skills

Technical

Platforms & Tools

• At least 2+ yrs experience on Boomi ismandatory.
• Experience on additional ETL tool likeInformatica, Boomi, Azure Data factory, Fivetran, DBT, AWS Glue or Talend.

Non-Technical

• Should have excellent written & verbalcommunication adequate to be on regular customer calls.
• Should have managed direct reportees.
• Should have been in a customer facing roletalking with both business & technical stakeholders on the customer side.
• Should be adept at work allocation,expectation setting, technical design, review & stakeholder management.
• Associate should be ok with occasionalweekend or CST support work (compensated via allowances)
