Job summary

EasyStepIn is seeking an experienced Boomi Integration Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise integrations. You will engage with customers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure Boomi-based solutions across real-time, batch, event-driven, and hybrid patterns.

The role requires 10–15+ years in IT, with 6–8+ years hands-on Boomi experience, and expertise in API management, MDH, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of IT experience with enterprise integrations.
• 6–8+ years hands-on Boomi implementation experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide integration architectures.
• Strong understanding of EIP and API-first architecture.
• Customer-facing consulting experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise integration architectures on Boomi.
• Define scalable, secure, high-performance integration patterns.
• Lead architecture workshops with stakeholders.
• Prepare SDD/HLD/LLD and architecture diagrams.
• Design real-time, batch, event-driven, and hybrid integrations.
• Build reusable integration frameworks, templates, accelerators.
• Architect and implement REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, and event-based integrations.
• Design API Management strategies using Boomi API Management.
• Implement Master Data Hub and data synchronization strategies.
• Define security measures (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, HTTPS, PGP, SSH).
• Guide development teams through reviews and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, infra and security teams.
• Lead migrations from legacy platforms and mentor developers.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and architecture assessments.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Boomi Integration Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using the Boomi Enterprise Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integration architecture, API-led connectivity, event-driven integrations, data integration, and cloud technologies, with the ability to engage directly with customers and provide strategic technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise integration architectures using the Boomi platform.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance integration patterns and best practices.
• Lead architecture workshops and solution design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business and integration requirements.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD), High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and integration architecture diagrams.
• Design real-time, batch, event-driven, and hybrid integration solutions.
• Build reusable integration frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Architect and implement REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, and event-based integrations.
• Design API Management strategies using Boomi API Management.
• Implement Master Data Hub (MDH) solutions and data synchronization strategies.
• Design secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, HTTPS, PGP, SSH, and certificate-based authentication.
• Define error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, alerting, and operational support models.
• Guide development teams through design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Lead migration projects from legacy integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi AtomSphere, TIBCO, BizTalk, Informatica, or custom integrations.
• Estimate project effort, provide technical leadership, and mentor developers.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, architecture assessments, and proposal preparation.
