Job summary

Delta Capita is hiring a Technical Lead to steer the engineering squad for its Report Hub platform, operating from Bangalore or Pune with hybrid work. You will guide architecture, drive best practices, and deliver regulatory and platform enhancements across production services.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, and champion cloud-native development and CI/CD to ensure scalable, resilient solutions for global financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in software engineering or platform development.
• Experience leading engineering teams or as a senior technical lead.
• Background in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

We're looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. You'll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad.
