Job summary

Delta Capita is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead for the Report Hub to orchestrate QA across multiple squads, shaping testing strategy and automation to ensure robust, scalable, high-performing regulatory reporting platforms. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure to drive quality and reliability.

Lead QA professionals, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to manage quality risks in a hybrid Bangalore or Pune setup.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years minimum experience leading QA or Quality Engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in test automation, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Experience testing APIs, distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, regulatory compliance and operational risk.

About the Role

As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will lead quality engineering across multiple delivery squads, driving testing strategy, automation, quality governance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable and high-performing solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven background of leading QA or Quality Engineering teams within complex enterprise environments with 7-8 years of minimum experience.
• Strong expertise in test automation, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Experience testing APIs, distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, regulatory compliance and operational risk.

Technical Skills

Experience with several of the following technologies is highly desirable:
