Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
• Experience with STM32/ARM Cortex-M MCU firmware development.
• RTOS experience (Zephyr preferred) and bare-metal programming.
• Driver development for I2C, UART and SPI.
• CAN protocol support and troubleshooting.
• Strong Embedded C and Python programming skills.
• Peripherals: ADC, GPIO, PWM.
• Secure bootloader and firmware upgrade implementation.
• Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
• Unit testing using Zephyr ecosystem.

Staff Firmware Engineer / Senior Staff Firmware Engineer

Design, develop, and validate embedded firmware solutions for ARM Cortex-M based platforms. The role involves driver development, RTOS-based application development, communication protocol integration, security implementation, testing, and CI/CD enablement while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Experience

• Staff Firmware Engineer: 8-12 years


• Senior Staff Firmware Engineer: 12-15 years


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering

Must-Have Skills

• STM32 or ARM Cortex-M 32-bit microcontroller firmware development


• RTOS experience (preferably Zephyr) and bare-metal programming


• Driver development for I2C, UART, and SPI


• CAN communication protocol


• Strong coding skills in Embedded C and Python


• Experience with ADC, GPIO, and PWM peripherals
