Job summary

Luxoft India is seeking a seasoned Power Platform/SharePoint developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions. You will work across Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse data models, and integrations with APIs, SharePoint, and Teams.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will drive best practices, code reviews, and documentation while mentoring junior developers. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience and a track record of delivering scalable Power

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Power Platform and related technologies.
• Strong governance/administration knowledge of Power Platform and Admin Center.
• Deep Dataverse data model understanding and schema design.
• Experience building Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Proficiency with Power Automate (Flows).
• Knowledge of plugins, custom workflows, and PCF development.
• Experience with API/connectors for integration with external systems.
• Familiar with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft 365 integration with SharePoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Solution development: Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions, including customizations, web parts, workflows, and integrations, using Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Technical expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern Web technologies like React, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other team members to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
• Code reviews and quality assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of Power Platform solutions in production environment
• Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides, to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously stay updated with the latest Power Platform and related technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

2. Strong understanding of the Power Platform governance and administration, Power Platform Admin Center and Power Platform CoE

4. Strong understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) schema, relationships, and data management.
5. Experience in designing and optimizing Dataverse entities and tables.
6. Extensive experience in building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
7. Proficiency with Power Automate (Flows) for process automation.
8. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
9. Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
10. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx.

16. Proficiency in integrating with third-party services using custom connectors.
17. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
18. Ability to perform requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
