Job summary

Talent Buffet is seeking an experienced Tech Lead – AEM Forms with 8+ years of hands-on experience in AEM Forms development and implementation. The candidate will drive the architecture, workflows, and scalable form solutions across multilingual projects.

You will design and optimize AEM Forms architecture, handle Form Data Model, adaptive forms, pre-fill and submission flows, and integrate with REST APIs and databases. Strong OSGi knowledge, templates, and theme customization are essential.

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – AEM Forms with 8+ years of experience in AEM Adaptive Forms implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM Forms architecture, workflows, Adaptive Forms creation, Form Data Model (FDM), and pre-fill/submission processes.

Required Experience:

• Strong expertise in AEM Adaptive Forms and related technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

AEM Forms Evolution & Architecture

• In-depth understanding of AEM Forms capabilities and terminologies.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of AEM Forms.
• Strong knowledge of AEM Forms OSGi architecture and topologies.

Adaptive Forms Development

• Familiarity with authoring UI and Adaptive Form field types.
• Expertise in creating Adaptive Forms:
• Based on XFA Form template
• Based on XML & JSON
• Based on Form Data Model (FDM)
• Experience in Adaptive Form Expressions, panels, layouts, and navigation structures.
• Strong understanding of rules, Java ing, and building functions.
• Implementation of multi-lingual forms.

Adaptive Form Fragments

• Creating, managing, localization, reuse, lazy-loading, and data binding of form fragments.

Adaptive Form Workflows (OSGi)

• Designing and implementing workflow models, stages, and application workflows.
• Experience with custom workflows.

Form Data Model (FDM)

• Configuring data sources for Adaptive Forms.
• Creation and utilization of Form Data Model (FDM).

Adaptive Form Pre-Fill & Submission

• Implementing server-side validations.
• Pre-filling Adaptive Forms with dynamic data sources.
• Submission to REST APIs and Forms Data Model.
• Saving submitted data to databases.

Adaptive Form Templates & Themes

• Development and customization of Adaptive Form Templates and Themes.
