The L3 Application Support Engineer/Technical Team Lead is responsible for advanced incident resolution, root cause analysis, and code-level fixes for production issues that exceed L2 support capabilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the long-term stability of applications through the implementation of patches, hotfixes, and configuration changes. The Technical Team Lead will also support post-incident reviews and defect tracking while mentoring L2 engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Code-Level Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve production issues requiring software fixes beyond L2 scope.
• Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex application problems and identify underlying defects.
• Bug Fixes & Patches: Develop, test, and implement code changes, hotfixes, and patches.
