Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10–15 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale SaaS products.

• Track record of solving complex scalability, performance, and reliability challenges.

As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of critical

products and platform services. You will lead architectural decisions, influence engineering

standards, solve complex technical problems, and guide teams in building scalable, reliable,

and high-performance systems.

This is a highly technical role requiring strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud

architecture, software design, performance optimization, and modern engineering practices. The

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
• Architect and optimize solutions on AWS.
• Drive containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Implement scalable deployment strategies and resilient cloud architectures.
• Improve observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Partner with DevOps teams to continuously improve deployment reliability and platform stability.

AI-Enabled Engineering

• Leverage modern AI capabilities to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and development efficiency.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to accelerate engineering outcomes.
• Promote effective use of AI while maintaining strong engineering standards, security, and code quality.
