Job summary

Incresco is an AI-driven technology consulting firm seeking a lead engineer who can code, lead, and architect systems that scale—not just maintain. You’ll mentor a small squad of senior engineers, own sprints, and drive 0-1 product builds and AI initiatives with founders.

You’ll design modular architectures using Node.js, Python, and modern frontends (React/Next.js), and build agentic AI workflows with LangChain, OpenAI, or custom multi-agent systems, while setting up robust pipelines and DevOps

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience building production systems end-to-end.
• Deep command of Node.js, Python, and React.js/Next.js.
• Strong architectural skills - microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, caching, queues.
• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini, or custom LLM integrations.
• Solid with AWS / Docker / CI-CD / Postgres / MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale AI-driven apps, web dashboards, and backend services.
• Design modular architectures using Node.js, Python, and modern frontends (React, Next.js, Astro).
• Build and integrate agentic AI systems - LangChain, CrewAI, or custom multi-agent workflows.

Lead a small squad of top engineers to:

• Architect, build, and scale AI-driven apps, web dashboards, and backend services.

• Set up and optimize pipelines, infra, and DevOps - Docker, ECS, AWS Lambda, or Kubernetes.

• Mentor developers, own sprints, and ensure quality with ruthless attention to detail.

• Work directly with founders on 0-1 product builds and AI initiatives.

Your Superpowers

• 4-8 of experience building production systems end-to-end.

• Deep command of Node.js, Python, and React.js / Next.js.

• Strong architectural skills - microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, caching, queues.

• A genuine obsession with automation, clean abstractions, and shipping fast.

• Experience with WebSockets, EventBridge, or Serverless architectures.

• Exposure to real-time systems (LiveKit, Twilio, Voice Agents).
