Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years in Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or equivalent leadership roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot and React.js/TypeScript.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications.
Proven track record leading a team and conducting technical reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
Define application, integration, data, security, and deployment architecture.
Translate requirements into technical designs and standards.
Lead design reviews, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and shared services.
Design and review REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.
Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
Collaborate with PMs, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Support CI/CD, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Job Description - Technical Lead

Role & Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
Define application, integration, data, security, and deployment architecture.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs.
Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
Define coding, design, API, security, testing, and development standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Lead development of reusable components, frameworks, and shared services.
Design and review REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.
Design scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable applications.
Work closely with the Technical PM, architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
Identify and resolve technical risks, performance issues, and architectural challenges.
Support CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, ADRs, and technical specifications.
Ensure implementation follows approved specifications and architecture.
Participate in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) activities using GitHub Spec Kit.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
