Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technical leadership or architecture roles.

Role: Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the technical aspects of projects and teams within the organization.

With 5 to 8 years of experience in the field, you are expected to possess a diverse skill set that includes expertise in AI Orchestration & Agentic Design, Systems Thinking, Performance Engineering, and proficiency in programming languages like Java, GoLang, NodeJS. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring seamless collaboration, team leadership, requirement gathering and analysis, and technology evaluation. Additionally, you will be tasked with risk analysis, root cause analysis, and cost optimization to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.Y

Our proficiency in working with databases such as Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, MySQL, Mongo will be essential in managing data effectively and optimizing system performance. Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies will set you apart in this role.
